How reassuring. According to imPort property rights, the imPort purchasing the land must be registered. Which means that, to make things easier, I probably shouldn't be involved in any of the legal proceedings, as I chose not to register.
I think that'd be prudent. I don't have a problem being the sole name on the deed.
With a little more time, we might be able to set up some shell corporations to register these things under. I wonder if they consider corporate citizens imPorts depending on their founders?

Unfortunately, there isn't much to be said. Mr. Kaplan's magic is strong enough that he can ward his house fairly well and has a blue power signature. He associates with Loki, who as far as I can tell is THAT Loki. Both Mr. Kaplan and Loki were cagey about the origins of the demiurge, which makes me believe he was not born that way or, at least, not made aware of it through most of his life. How one manages to become a demiurge is beyond me.
Needless to say, I'm sure that more information can be found out if you wish.
[ But why can't Owen just text Xanatos with the news? Yeah, no, technology can be hacked and phones can be bugged, he's telling Xanatos this in person. That swear-in's only reinforcing his slightly justified paranoia. So, when Xanatos finds himself alone at any point near the end of July, Puck just appears in the room. He's warded the room and already put up some concealment spells and tried his hardest to cover his tracks because when you gossip about magical beings, it's best to hide your trail.
It's pretty telling that he's showing up as Puck for this instead of Owen. Because Puck looks rattled. His last encounter with Billy did not go as planned. ]
Word to the wise? If you bother Billy Kaplan, bother him carefully.
He is. I was only able to get a brief glimpse of his true nature but that kid packs a punch. [ Puck crossed his arms over his chest, furrowing his brow as he talked. ]
For actual evidence, he was almost able to draw out Owen. I stopped him just in time but that's something I don't want to experience again.
